Return period
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or refunds.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused, unwashed and in original condition
- In original packaging with labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (final sale)
- Personalized or custom-made products
Return process
- Please contact us at support@astrabandjes.nl with your order number, product details and reason for return.
- We will send you the return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items:
We will reimburse the return shipping costs. -
All other returns (such as wrong size, changed your mind):
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees .
Damages and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return it. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Order changes
Want to change your order? Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Unfortunately, we can no longer make changes after this 2-hour period.
Lost Packages
- If your package is lost during shipping, we'll be happy to replace it and ensure your order is delivered — as long as the correct address was provided during checkout.

If you don't want a replacement, we have to wait 30 days before we can issue a refund if the package still hasn't been received.
Our customer service team will review your order during this period and keep you updated.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days .
Please note: it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 3 business days have passed since the return was approved and you have not yet received the refund, please contact us at support@astrabandjes.nl .

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, if the order has already shipped, please follow the regular returns process.
