Shipping method

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We currently only ship within the Netherlands and to New Zealand.

HOW DO YOU SHIP AND WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

We use PostNL, Urgent Couriers , and other shipping partners, depending on the product ordered and the warehouse where it's located. We offer free shipping on all orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.

5:00 PM (GMT+12:00) New Zealand Standard Time (Auckland)

Shipping times

  • After processing, your order will be shipped with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total estimated delivery time: 9–13 business days (processing + shipping)

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Every order is assigned a tracking number. You'll receive an email with a link to track your order.

You can also track your order on our website by clicking "Track" at the top or bottom of the page.

WHEN WILL MY TRACKING INFORMATION APPEAR?

It can take up to two days for your tracking information to be available. Updates to the information will appear once your package has been transferred to the next distribution point. If your tracking status doesn't change for a few days, it simply means the package is still in transit.

WHY DOESN'T THE STATUS OF MY SHIPMENT CHANGE?

Updates to your tracking information will appear when your package is transferred to the next distribution point. If the status doesn't change for several days, it simply means your package is still in transit and the status will be updated when it's scanned again.

Payment

DO YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

No. When you pay online with your credit card, all information is entered on an SSL-secured webpage. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

DO YOU CHARGE VAT?

VAT is included in the price, so you don't have to worry about that.

We offer secure shopping and accept payments via credit card, debit card, AMEX, or VISA. This allows you to choose the payment method that best suits your needs. All prices are in euros.

No, you do not need an account to place an order.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simple! Choose the products you like, then click " Add to Cart " and then " Checkout. " Enter your information and pay. That's it! Super easy.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER I HAVE SUBMITTED IT?

Yes, but you must contact us within 12 hours at support@astrabandjes.nl. Cancellation is not guaranteed. This is because our distribution center may already have prepared your order for shipment.

I ENTERED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS, CAN I CHANGE IT?

Please email us at support@astrabandjes.nl so we can update your email address and send you updates about your order.

Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Return period

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, after 30 days we can no longer accept returns or refunds.
