At Astra Bandjes, we do our best to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Below, you'll find our shipping policy, including information on processing times, delivery times, and shipping.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.
Order deadline:
5:00 PM (GMT+12:00) New Zealand Standard Time (Auckland)
Shipping times
- After processing, your order will be shipped with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Total estimated delivery time: 9–13 business days (processing + shipping)
Postage costs
We are currently offering free shipping on all orders.
Shipping location
We ship our products within the Netherlands and to New Zealand
Courier service
We work together with PostNL, Urgent Couriers to guarantee timely and safe delivery.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your track & trace number and instructions to track your package.
Damaged or lost packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and the packaging.
- Please send these photos to our customer service within 7 days of delivery at support@astrabandjes.nl
- Without proof of damage we cannot offer a replacement.
Shipping restrictions
We currently only ship within the Netherlands and to New Zealand.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
